Qari : Tawfeeq As Sayegh

Assalam oalikum,

Tawfeeq as-Sawa'igh, (born in 1974) as Tawfeeq Bin Said Bin Ibrahim as-Sawa'igh

in Asamara, Eritrea, is a Saudi Qur’an reciter. He had graduated from the

Scientific Institute of Jeddah. He did his Masters from the Imam Mohamed Bin

Saud University and then the Oum Al Qura’ University of Makkah. He is the

president of the Eritrean community in the Communities Bureau of Jeddah.

Tawfeeq as-Sawa'igh also holds the post of the president of the General

Committee of the Holy Qur’an Prize Faleh Al-Thani of Doha. He is presently the

preacher and Imam of the Lami Mosque of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
